Winter Creative Devotion Lab
A tantric approach to creativity in the dark season
Nov 5, 2025 – Feb 22, 2026 • 1:00 ET
Why this Lab?
Winter is fertile. In the darker months, creativity loves to be held in a warm, steady container. Instead of pressure or perfectionism, this Lab offers devotion, structure, and play.

We’ll work with the tantric principle that inspiration can’t be forced — but it can be invited. By creating a clear, loving container, you make space for your creative self to arrive. In that space, the unexpected becomes possible: new ideas, fresh energy, and the emergence of your own creative current.

This Lab is less about “productivity” and more about tending the conditions where inspiration and creativity flow.

What We'll Do Together
On the first two Wednesdays of each month, we’ll gather for:

-
Tantric perspectives on creativity — how to court inspiration and aliveness.

-
Guided prompts & meditations — to awaken your creative flow.

-
Playful, nourishing experiments — simple, low-stakes ways to express and explore.

On the third Sunday of each month, we’ll go deeper into embodiment and expression—movement, voice, and alchemizing what you’re working on.

Monthly Themes
November — The Creative Container
Creating the conditions for inspiration and creativity to flow.

December — Heat & Pleasure
Turning up devotion’s fire and letting it move into play and delight.

January — Eros & Creative Risk
Pouring eros on your creative life, staying curious, and daring to explore new edges.

February — Embodiment & Mystery
Listening to your deeper self, channeling, and blessing what has been born.

The Rhythm
We’ll meet three times each month:

-
First & Second Wednesdays (60 min · Recorded):
Teaching, meditations, and creative practice.

-
Third Sunday (90 min · Not recorded):
Embodiment Lab — movement, voice, and alchemizing what you’re working on.

The first three weeks of the month are the core of the Lab. The final weeks offer space for integration, with simple optional practices and coworking to support your process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an artist or writer to join?
Nope. This Lab is for anyone who feels the spark—or even just the longing—to be more creative. You don’t need a project, a plan, or any particular background. All that’s required is curiosity and a willingness to explore.
I don’t think of myself as “creative.” Can I still come?
Absolutely. Creativity is not limited to artists. It’s a life force that moves through everyone. This Lab helps you reconnect with your own creative current, whether that shows up in writing, painting, cooking, gardening, problem-solving, or simply in how you live your life.

How much time should I plan to spend outside of class?
That’s completely up to you. Some people enjoy returning to the prompts and meditations during the week, while others simply come to the sessions and let the experience land. There’s no extra homework. Any practices offered are gentle invitations you can weave into daily life, without pressure.

What if I can’t make every session?
No problem. Life happens. Each session stands on its own, and you’ll have access to recordings of the Wednesday teaching sessions if you miss one.
I can’t come to all the Sundays, and they’re not recorded. Is it still worth it?
Yes! The Sunday sessions are a chance to digest and alchemize what you’re working on through movement, voice, and deeper embodiment. They add richness, but they’re not required to benefit from the Lab. The Wednesday sessions (which are recorded) give you the core teachings, prompts, and creative practices to carry forward.
If you can’t make any of the Sundays, just let me know—I’ll make sure you still have at least one guided alchemizing experience during our time together.
Isn’t Tantra about sex?
Tantra is often misunderstood as being only about sexuality. In truth, Tantra explores how life force—Eros, aliveness, creativity—flows through everything. In this Lab, we apply tantric principles such as containment, nourishment, pleasure, and devotion to creativity. While we won’t be engaging in explicitly sexual practices, the erotic nature of life is welcomed as part of the creative field.

I feel nervous about sharing. Do I have to?
Not at all. This is a gentle, welcoming space. You’ll never be required to share more than you want to. You can keep your camera off, listen quietly, or participate more actively—the Lab is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
