I’m here to champion your unique unfolding in the world. And to support you to move toward greater presence, pleasure, and play.
I used to do more straight-forward coaching and counseling. Now I do Soul Dives. Over and over, I’ve found that inviting in a more magical-mystical element opens the possibility to receive greater nurturance, insight, as well as deeper connection with ourselves and with the larger world. It’s a game-changer.
I also find it much more efficient to get in touch with intuition and move from there. The mind is lovely and necessary — but overrated. We have so many forms of knowing.
The Elements of a Soul Dive:
Soul Dives have arisen out of my decade-long study with a Sufi healer and karma doctor, learning karma clearing and dharma activation. They are also influenced by my tantra practice, as well as my study of shamanic tarot, intuition, spiritual practices, and more.
In these sessions, we'll plug into your intuition and mine. Depending on what is up for you, we might explore experiments to connect you more deeply to your purpose and to pleasure in all its myriad forms. We might also bring in spiritual and embodied practices, tantric principles, oracles & tarot, karma clearing, and dharma activation.
In spite of its universal elements, for each person, the soul is highly idiosyncratic. It’s a blueprint of what makes you unique. A Soul Dive is a time to remember and connect to these deep parts of yourself and to your deeper soul desires.
Soul Dives can be used for weekly or monthly ritual maintenance. Or as a one-off refuge to connect with yourself, feel into your own intuition, and receive insights from your deep self, the universe, and me.
